Which dishes lost ground this month?
Three dishes are down against last month. Seekh Kabab has fallen the most, and the drop is concentrated in dine-in rather than delivery.

The problem
The numbers exist. Nobody has time to assemble them
The information a restaurant needs is spread across a card terminal, two delivery-app dashboards, a spreadsheet and somebody's memory. Assembling it takes an evening, so it happens monthly at best — which means the dish that quietly stopped selling in week one is discovered in week six, and the day that went wrong is discovered after the month has closed.
- Each channel reports separately, in its own format, on its own calendar.
- By the time the picture is assembled, the moment to act on it has passed.
- Nobody in the building enjoys building spreadsheets after service.
- The interesting question is always the one the dashboard was not built to answer.
How OwnTable solves it
The report writes itself, and then answers follow-up questions
Every channel already flows through one system, so the numbers assemble themselves. What is new is that you can interrogate them in words — and get the underlying figures beside the answer, so you can check it.
Your day, not a server's day
The daily report covers your restaurant's own local trading day. A report that quietly excludes lunch service is worse than no report.
Answers come with their evidence
The copilot renders the underlying data cards next to the prose, so a wrong figure visibly disagrees with the card beside it.
Every number is sourced
Figures are labelled with where they came from — these are your OwnTable orders, and we say so rather than implying a gateway settlement.
What you get
The difference it makes, in practice
Know last night before you arrive
Orders, revenue, top dishes and channel split, delivered to WhatsApp overnight.
See the commission you kept
Direct orders captured, and what the same volume would have cost at typical marketplace rates.
Ask anything
Which dish lost ground this month, which day is weakest, who has not been in since Ramadan.
Reports you can hand over
Saved, re-runnable, exportable to CSV and printable for an accountant or a partner.
Costs with nothing hidden
What the platform costs you, itemised by what actually consumed it, with allowances shown honestly.
Bring your own AI
Connect OwnTable to Claude and ask about your restaurant — or change a price — from the assistant you already use.
How it works
Live in days, not quarters
- 1
Trade normally
Every order on every channel is already recorded. There is nothing to set up.
- 2
The digest arrives
Overnight, covering your own previous trading day, with the payment split alongside the orders.
- 3
You ask a follow-up
In the copilot, in words, with the data cards rendered beside the answer so you can check it.
- 4
You act on it
Change a price, take a dish off, launch a win-back — from the same place you asked the question.
In detail
Everything included
Reports & insights
The regular picture, without anyone assembling it.
- A nightly digest to WhatsApp covering your own local trading day
- Revenue by channel: phone, WhatsApp, web, table and delivery
- Top dishes, quietest dishes and how each moved
- Repeat-customer rate and new versus returning guests
- Direct orders captured, and marketplace commission avoided
- Payment split alongside the order count, so the two halves cannot disagree
AI Copilot
Your own data, asked in your own words.
- Ask about sales, dishes, guests, channels or trends
- Data cards rendered beside the answer, so figures are checkable
- Suggested questions when you are not sure what to ask
- History kept, so a line of enquiry can be picked up later
- Read-only by default — nothing changes unless you explicitly confirm it
- Customer phone numbers masked before anything reaches the model
AI-written reports
A written analysis rather than a grid of numbers.
- Generated on demand for any period you choose
- Saved and re-runnable against a later date range
- Exportable to CSV and printable
- Available in English and Arabic
Connect to Claude
A hosted connection that lets your own AI assistant work with your restaurant — read the numbers, check the kitchen, change a price. As far as we know, no other restaurant platform offers this.
- Mint a token in Settings and paste it into your AI client
- The assistant acts strictly as you — your role, your restaurant, your permissions
- Nothing destructive is exposed, and every change previews before it happens
- Notes, addresses and phone numbers are stripped before anything is sent
- Revocable in one click, and re-checked against your team membership on every call
Usage & costs
What the platform costs you, and why. Shown to you, not buried.
- AI, voice, WhatsApp and messaging usage itemised
- Plan allowances shown against what you have actually used
- WhatsApp measured in conversations, the way Meta bills it, and labelled as approximate
- Billing history, invoices and payment status in one place
The business outcome
What changes about deciding things
The gap between something happening and you knowing about it collapses from weeks to hours. A dish that stops selling is visible this week. A day that went wrong is visible the next morning. And the question you actually want answered no longer requires somebody to build a spreadsheet to answer it.

Questions
The things owners actually ask
Something not here? Ask us directly — you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is no.
No. Your data is used to answer your questions and nothing else. Customer phone numbers are masked and free-text order notes and addresses are stripped before anything is sent to a model provider — deliberately, and more than once in the pipeline.
