Is there really no fee per order?

None, on any plan. You pay a fixed monthly subscription per restaurant and we take nothing per order, whether you do fifty a month or five thousand. There is no guest fee either. The single exception is Complete Flex, which you have to choose deliberately: a lower monthly of PKR 6,999 and 2% on the orders we capture. Your own payment gateway still charges its processing fee, and that goes to them, not to us.

Do I have to pay for setup?

No. You can set it up yourself for free, and the product is built to be set up that way. If you would rather we did it — channels connected, menu loaded, payments tested and your first real orders taken with you on the line — that is PKR 15,000, once, on any plan.

Question 3

Is the trial really free?

Accepted Answer

Fourteen days with everything switched on and no card required to start. It runs once per restaurant, and once per email and phone number. It belongs to the first plan you pick, so switching plans during the trial does not start it over.

Question 4

Can I change plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in either direction, from the billing screen. Moving up takes effect immediately and is prorated for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your data is kept either way — nothing is deleted when a feature locks.

Question 5

What happens if Starter goes over 500 orders?

Accepted Answer

Orders keep flowing. We do not block an order to enforce a billing limit — the diner is standing there and it is your sale, not ours. You get a banner at 400 and again at 500, and you decide whether Complete is worth it. Nothing switches off on its own.

Question 6

Why can I see features my plan does not include?

Accepted Answer

Because hiding them would make the product look smaller than it is, and you would never find out what you were missing. Every feature is visible on every plan. A locked one opens a sheet saying exactly what unlocks it and what it costs, and the API refuses it as well — so nothing ever half-works.

Question 7

What happens if I stop paying?

Accepted Answer

Nothing sudden. You get notice, then a reminder, then a period where the dashboard becomes read-only, and only after three weeks is the account paused. Your ordering page keeps taking orders throughout the first two stages — we are not going to switch off your revenue over an expired card.
